**Responsibilities**:

- Partners with HR team and business leaders to develop and implement proactive strategies to support and strengthen our culture, productivity, and growth projects.

- Will support all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisitions/Recruiting (full cycle), L&D, Culture & Recognition, Reporting, and Legal Compliance.

- Will play a key role in the implementation and development of HR technology and support the vendor management relationships (ATS, HCM).

- Support talent acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and talent development activities aligned with growth strategy.

- Strong reporting experience using a variety of tools, such as Excel, and HR technology.

Proactively analyzes sources of data, and strong ability to develop reporting and tracking tools and documents.

- Effectively communicates with HR team and business leaders, supporting company initiatives.

- Provides guidance and input to business leaders on all HR related matters, including compliance, employee relations, and people development.

- Actively participates in the Onboarding cycle to educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.

- Plays an integral role in the HR department.

Supports strategic activities, while also engaged in many tactical administrative supporting functions.

- Will work closely with the international HR team.

- Acts as a contact for employees for all levels of the organization.

Assists the leadership team with HR compliance.
