We're looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to join the IT team based in Italy to lead our security strategy and drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Main tasks of the role will include: Develop & Implement Security Strategy : Build and execute a comprehensive information security program to protect our digital infrastructure.

Align Security with Business Goals : Ensure compliance with industry regulations while supporting Wittur's strategic objectives.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential threats, assess vulnerabilities, and implement measures to prevent security incidents.

Stakeholder Communication : Act as the key spokesperson for information security, keeping leadership informed about emerging threats and strategies.

Cybersecurity Awareness : Lead training initiatives to educate employees on best practices and foster a security-first culture Experience & Skills Proven experience in information security management, risk assessment, and compliance.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to drive awareness and training programs to strengthen security across the organization.
