Shall have reasonable knowledge of QA as well QC operations

Shall have good understanding on the new product introduction and should have good exposure on the tech transfer needs

Attend all the client calls and collaborate with the clients

Shall have good communication skill to coordinate with all stakeholders

Shall have exposure in the Project tracking and raise alerts in any deviation and also work on resolving the red flags

Ensuring the analytical activities are conducted as per the agreed SLAs in support to business needs and compliance

Support clients on all the queries and responses on time to the satisfaction of the clients

Shall have knowledge and current expectations on analytical Method validations as well method transfers

Shall ensure all the safety precautions and procedures as defined by the EHS department is followed

Shall be good in managing a team of about 10 people
