OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: Continue building Poke House brand awareness in all the Countries in which we operate. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on driving up the sales growth both instore and online, through brand awareness campaigns, trade marketing, promotions in all of our markets. Drive initiatives to increase brand recognition and visibility both locally and internationally. Build and execute a mid/long term marketing plan, allocating budget and resources on key activities to drive mid/long term growth. Analyze data to draw insights and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize product, communication and marketing strategies. Ensure efficient use of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI by focusing resources on high-impact campaigns and channels. Fine tune our Brand Identity and define our mid-long term positioning strategy and therefore communication strategy. Work on our product market fit for all of our Countries, conducting SWOT analysis, customer surveys and market research. Develop the communication instore, through the optimization of marketing materials and working on actual and new digital screens to promote the brand and the product offer. Launch events and collaborations with external brands to promote our products and brand. Work on our product to innovate our offer and increase revenues, being up to date with worldwide food trends. Stay ahead of market trends and customer preferences, ensuring the company's marketing strategy is always relevant and forward-looking. Lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and results-orientation. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an international (Food) Retail environment. Previous experience in senior marketing roles, ideally as a VP or Director of Marketing, overseeing brand development and multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions based on customer insights and campaign performance. Proven ability to grow market share, revenue, and brand presence in competitive markets. Expertise in developing and optimizing customer acquisition strategies while focusing on improving customer retention and loyalty. Ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. Experience managing brand communications, including PR campaigns and crisis management. Proven experience in hiring, leading, and managing a high performing team. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and interpersonal skills. Proficient understanding of key marketing tools and platforms (e. g.
