Role OverviewAs the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Domus Crypto, you will lead our global marketing strategy, establish our brand as a leader in AI-driven crypto trading, and drive user adoption.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, building strong industry relationships, and expanding our user base through targeted, data-driven initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cutting-edge marketing strategy that positions Domus Crypto as the go-to AI-powered crypto exchange for casual investors. Brand Awareness & Positioning: Establish a strong brand identity, develop the strategic narrative, and increase awareness through innovative storytelling, strategic content, and community engagement. Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels. User Growth & Acquisition: Drive growth through partnerships, referral programs, paid media, content marketing, and social media strategies. Partnerships & KOL Engagement: Leverage your existing relationships with crypto Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media platforms to amplify Domus Crypto's reach. Community Engagement: Work closely with our community managers to foster an engaged, loyal, and active crypto community. Performance & Budget Management: Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across all channels to maximize ROI. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, KPIs, and market research to track performance, optimize campaigns, and refine the marketing approach. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Requirements & QualificationsProven experience in marketing within the cryptocurrency industry—must showcase a case study of a successful marketing campaign in a crypto project. Deep understanding of the crypto market and its unique dynamics, trends, and regulatory considerations. Strong connections with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media outlets—capable of leveraging these relationships for rapid brand growth. Expertise in digital marketing strategies across social media, paid media, KOL partnerships, and community engagement. Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across various channels. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and trading automation is a plus.
