As they scale their operations, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team with a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will oversee all production activities, drive lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensure efficiency across the organization.

Reporting directly to the General Director, this role requires a strong managerial mindset and the ability to implement strategic improvements in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Job Description Oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and alignment with business objectives.

Define project timelines based on workload distribution across production sites.

Optimize the industrial structure, including assembly and logistics, to balance quality and cost efficiency.

Implement key operational procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction and standardize the practices across sites.

Manage stock levels within budget constraints, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Collaborate with procurement on supplier management and strategic sourcing, defining which activities to outsource.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for operations, ensuring financial alignment with company goals.

Oversee process quality management within operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

The Successful Applicant Degree in Mechanical Engineering Expertise in industrial machinery, including project-based manufacturing processes and relevant regulations Deep knowledge of Project Management and Design to Cost principles Experience in Lean Manufacturing, machine design, and production optimization Strong leadership, mediation abilities, and the capacity to motivate teams Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Fluency in English What's on Offer Strategic leadership role in a growing company, with the opportunity to drive operational excellence and shape the future of the business.
