Founded in 2014 within the Nana Bianca ecosystem, Instal is a MadTech company that builds technologies and products to define a completely brand new way of thinking about advertising and digital marketing putting the users first.

At Instal we support our clients' offering a wide range of digital services and a complete set of digital solutions, covering the entire customer journey and anticipating users' behaviours and preferences to offer them only relevant and personalised content.

Our business also focuses on programmatic advertising and header bidding: we provide publishers with an easy and independent platform to maximise revenues through an advanced pre-bid solution and AI-based yield optimization.

We are looking for a young and brilliant Chief Operating Officer.

As COO you will be the rockstar that will make the impossible possible!

Instal is a rocket launched into the advertising Space and you will have to ensure that we will land on the Moon or even go further to the next planet.

Your main areas of focus and responsibilities will be:

- STRATEGY: Growth strategy definition and implementation

- OPERATIONS: simply get s**t done!

- PRODUCT: Product management and development

- PERFORMANCE: focus on KPIs and metrics

- ECONOMICS: together with the company's CEO P&L ownership

- CULTURE: Spreading the company culture and keep healthy working environment

- HAPPINESS: the most important, ensure that you and your colleagues have fun!

You are our next COO if:
