**CHIEF SALES OFFICER

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will work closely with the company executive committee, composed by group functional directors.

The CSO is expected to strongly contribute to **structuring the Sales team**, starting with his first reports, 9 head of sales located in the different countries, such as Belgium, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Norway, South Africa, Poland and the people in the Sales department.

CSO will work with plans, data and reports, where **CRM** is one of the systems the new CSO is expected to implement effectively throughout the global sales team.

Chief Sales Officer will be located in **Italy or Lichtenstein** and will strongly contribute to group business development in all of the product lines: Blocks, Slabs and Tiles (ceramic and finished products).

He/she will interact with main customers in the actual 25 countries the company is dealing with and is expected to travel for about 2/3 weeks each month.

**French** and **English** are mandatory.

We would like to meet managers with _high people and managerial skills_, _ability to provide structure and organization_, with _ability at preparing plans_ and _monitoring results_.

**Leadership skills** with ability of generating followership will be key to the position, as well.

Fluency with modern electronic communication, presentation and videoconferencing complete the profile.
