Chief Sales Officer
The Role**:
Hyntelo is willing to boost its commercial performance, by seeking a Chief Sales Officer to join us in pursuing our purpose and mission while executing sustainable revenue growth.
This role will oversee the Product Sales function.
The CSO will be responsible for the sales of Hyntelo's flagship product - Lyriko.
This leader will be responsible for creating a clear strategy for the sales organization, maturing the infrastructure, building a high performing team, and delivering such that our growth goals are achieved.
The CSO will be reporting directly into the CEO of the company.
The CSO will overlook national (Italy) product sales as well as well as international sales.
Sustained, accelerated, double-digit growth to our business is our #1 priority.
The company will invest heavily to support this growth; we need an exceptional leader to lead this effort.
**Requirements**:
- Convey Lyriko's value proposition to potential customers as determined by strategic priorities, Business Plan, and GTM priorities
- Establish and manage product sales strategy, set quota targets and execute on the strategy in the day by day
- Provide accurate sales forecasts while converting forecasted opportunities into executed agreements and revenue recognition
- Manage existing (and adapt as appropriate) processes that develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones which lead to clear and actionable success
- Serve as a critical part of the executive team, partnering with the executive team and board to create the corporate strategic plan and leading overall success of the company
- Manage revenue pipeline and leads to meet or exceed corporate targets
- Analyze opportunities and size of market, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and executable tactics
- Review, implement, and manage the sales process from relationship development to contract finalization
- Actively support the contract negotiation and customer investment decision process
- Maintain understanding of client satisfaction to support client retention, increase share of wallet, and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of active client service
- Work with marketing leadership to identify and prioritize customer targets
- Create messaging, sales strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
- Keep the executive team and board informed of marketplace trends, competitive dynamics
- Work closely with IT, Operations, and the rest of the business to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- As sales will grow over time, build and expand a high-performance team across multiple customer segments (local, regional and international Pharma & Life Science companies); hiring great talent and supporting their accelerated path to success
**Qualification**:
- Proven track record and book of business in SW sales for pharmaceutical sector
- Experienced professional with a solid professional network of customers and partners in the Italian Pharma landscape
- 10+ years of direct commercially relevant sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in an early-stage environment (startup or scaleup) at some stage in their career
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
- A hard-worker, self-motivator with can-do approach and bias for action
- Ability to travel
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA a plus
- Significant experience in healthcare
- Preferred Revenue Cycle Management experience
**Job Type and Salary**:
**Job type**:Full time in office for this position - but smart working in according with our policies:
- 50% office presence, 50% work from home
- 4 weeks / year to "work from elsewhere"
**Salary range**: 80-120k€ plus variable bonus
