**This role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and qualified business leader who can own talent attraction, development and engagement.

This role will be Turin (Italy)-based but with a global outlook.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build high profile branding and communicate it effectively, internally and externally

- Design and implement strategies for the development and coaching of retained talent

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, and ideally Italian

- Proven>5 years of work experience in people/HR management

- Passion for performance and analytics

Your role, like all others in our start-up, will require the ability to adapt and a proactive can-do mindset.
