Our client is an Italian multinational company, a world leader in the production of connection and protection systems for pneumatic devices, electric transmissions, fluid management, and safety mainly for the automotive and mobility sector.

To strengthen its internal structure, it has commissioned us to search for a

**CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER**:

**Posizione**:

**Main responsibilities**:

- Conducting product development and testing projects, interacting with the various company functions and on Group level;

- Promoting innovation and product development by guiding and directing the choice and improvement of materials and their processing and guiding a laboratory located in the UK;

- Promoting the development of organizational and production processes in particular assembly through a strong push towards digitalization and the implementation of robotic processes;

- Improvement of extrusion processes, thermo-forming, and processing of composite materials, working towards a more efficient digitization of these processes;

- Management of production layouts in order to pursue a better rationalization of production costs in full compliance with workplace safety regulations;

- Care and management of the shared Budget;

- Management of human resources available in terms of efficiency and costs;

- Motivation, training, evaluation, and development of the assigned team, strengthening an inclusive culture, open to technical and organizational innovations.

**Requisiti**:

For the role and the international context of the company, it is a **must to have a good knowledge of English** **and Italian**, strong motivation for continuous improvement, good leadership, listening skills, innovation, and organizational drive.
