Then, you're looking at the right place!Your missionWe're looking for an enthusiastic CTO to join our Engineering department (50 people across backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA & test automation) and take full responsibility for the overall technology strategy and execution of a SaaS scale-up. In this role, you will build and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance web applications by:- Leading, mentoring, and guiding the growth of the Engineering department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, empowerment, and accountability;- Ensuring the platform architecture supports the scale and flexibility required for growth while managing cloud infrastructure, security, and operational stability;- Ensuring all products meet the necessary security and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on privacy and data protection;- Developing and executing a long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives;- Overseeing the development of the SaaS platform, working closely with Product Management to ensure the timely delivery of scalable, innovative features;- Collaborating with Project Management to implement Agile methodologies and best practices to streamline development and deployment processes;- Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation in products and processes to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the Engineering department of a SaaS organization (e. g. CTO, Head of Backend, Head of Frontend, Head of DevOps, Head of QA, Head of Information Security, etc. ), fostering collaboration, innovation, and building a high-performance culture;- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment, managing the challenges of rapid business growth and platform scaling;- Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development methodologies, with technical expertise in the following: Backend (Ruby/RoR, Node. js, PHP), Frontend (JavaScript, Vue. js, React);- Experience with databases, API development, cloud platforms, DevOps, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines;- Experience in leading teams working with Agile methodologies;- Strong soft skills, including the ability to align technical strategies with business goals, to navigate complex trade-offs between product innovation and operational efficiency, and to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, an excellent problem-solving and a data-driven approach.
