About the Role We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to turn our vision into reality by building and scaling the platform.

As co-founders with deep expertise in AI research, we've designed the solution's core framework and need a technical leader to drive the development, deployment, and commercialization of an enterprise software solution.

Responsibilities Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Saa S solutions.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Scalability and Performance: Ensure that the platform architecture is robust, scalable, and secure to meet the growing needs of our enterprise clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including AI Research, Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across the organization.

Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Budget Management: Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role within a Saa S company.

Strong background in software engineering, with a deep understanding of Saa S architectures and cloud technologies.

Demonstrated experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software solutions.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
