What You'll Do As a Co-Founder CTO, you will be responsible for: Technical Design and Development : Defining the platform architecture and supervising the development of cross-platform software (iOS and Android).

Technological Innovation : Implementing advanced technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and privacy-enhancing tools.

Technical Team Management : Building and leading a development team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Security and Scalability : Designing scalable and secure systems, complying with GDPR regulations and technological best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working closely with marketing and product departments to align technical features with market needs.

What We're Looking For We are looking for a candidate with: Proven Experience in Cross-Platform Development : Proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native.

Knowledge of Distributed Technologies : Experience with blockchain (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or alternatives) and smart contract development.

Security and Privacy Skills : Familiarity with digital signature technologies, two-factor authentication (2FA), and cryptographic key management.

Expertise in distributed monitoring systems and differential privacy.

Strategic Vision : Ability to translate complex business objectives into practical technological solutions.

Leadership and Mentoring : A hands-on approach to overcoming challenges and building a multicultural team.

Architecture and Scalability : Knowledge of cloud-native, serverless, and microservices architectures.
