Childrenswear Merchandising Coordinator

Working alongside the company tutor, the _Childrenswear Merchandising Coordinator_ will be involved in performing activities to support Global Merchandising Childrenswear.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop the key official documents (Collection Presentation, Briefing, Debriefing);
- Analyse the competitive arena by product mix and price mix; monitoring and predicting market trends;
- Support to the Director in liaising with the Product and the Design Teams in the collection development process;
- Coordinate and prepare the Sales Campaign and support files (production notes, material composition, product descriptions, etc.
);
- Organize and coordinate the Master order documents and reviews and support to the Regions to complete the Buying process;
- Support the Director in the pre-pricing and pricing activities;
- Organize and develop the standard reports (sell in data as CV progresses, ABC sell in at the end of Sales Campaign);
- Prepare and organize all the documents and analyses for the departments we work with (ADV briefing and sales for Marketing & Communication team and Visual Merchandising team, Look styling for E-commerce team, Buying Proposal for Social media team, Training manual for Retail Excellence team, MD List for Planning team);
- Organize and analyse sell out data and support to the Director in organising meetings with the Regions;
- Monitor the shipments by collection and channel;
- Any other ad hoc analysis or help to the teams to promote and support the growth of the CW business.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar field;
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel and Power point;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to details and ability to prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Motivation, flexibility and organizational skills are a must;
- Good team player.
