Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting customers within the defined range to create projects, and follow them until completion to guarantee customer satisfaction. Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches, and sales strategies by adapting existing products. Conduct customer visits and provide technical advice and support on the system design. Create awareness for PAPAEU products within the defined range, including the management of relevant internal and external stakeholders. Support the Product Marketing by providing market information and knowledge.
Create corresponding reports if required. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Create a monthly forecast and reporting regarding project-acquisition, open projects, sales results and other relevant KPI's. Participate in trade fairs and events to support above described responsibilities.
