We are looking for a Chinese Sales Advisor with a strong affinity to the luxury sector.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome and handle customers' requests, lead and manage all steps of the sale following Selling Ceremony

Promote and sell products by identifying customers' needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs

Understand and comply with all policies and procedures established by the company

Participate in maintaining excellent boutique appearance in accordance with exterior and interior boutique environment guidelines (grooming, visual merchandising )

Assist with special projects as needed

Provide excellent client experience by maintaining thehighest degree of product knowledge, professionalism and courtesy Importante Azienda and after the saleEnsure customers' requests are followed up and solved in due time (call back )

Profilo

Knowledge and Professional skills

Chinese native language

Relevant previous experience in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function, or in a service oriented environment

Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Fluent in Italian and English

Result and action oriented with strong selling skills

Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy

Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset

Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
