- We are looking for a highly experienced Chip Lead to drive cutting-edge ASIC development projects from concept to tape out in a fast-paced, evolving, agile environment.

Responsibilities

:

Working closely with architecture teams, collaborating to enable delivery of architecture specs and requirementsArchitect and implement advanced micro-architectures from high-level specifications for silicon components, meticulously adhering to performance, power, and area (PPA) metricsWork hand in hand with the Design Director to ensure projects are well understood and resourced appropriately, including identifying delivery dependencies between LD and related teamsOverseeing and co-ordinating engineers in sub teams to produce on-time, high quality deliverablesActively engage in design reviews, contributing technical expertise to enhance overall design quality

Required Skills

:

15+ years of industry experienceTechnical leadership and proven expertise in silicon logical design, with a successful track record from concept to tape outStrong technical understanding of the full front end ASIC design flow, including:+ System Verilog advanced coding techniques and best practices, Linting and Auditing flows+ Synthesis, Timing and Physical constraints, and timing analysis+ SVA for design, formal property checking+ A strong understanding of DFT requirementsDevelopment of design flows, best practice and guidelines to help drive team efficiencyDeep expertise of EDA tools for design and verificationProficiency in scripting languages (e. g.

Python, TCL) for automation and advanced tool scripting.
