In this role, you'll refine classic recipes and develop new treats that bring joy with every bite.
You'll work with top-of-the-line chocolate-making equipment—so a love for learning new technology is key.
The ideal candidate will have a background in pastry arts, chocolate production, confectionery, or culinary arts, along with a refined palate and a keen eye for detail.
College graduates are encouraged to apply!
Experience with food safety regulations and an interest in the bean-to-bar craft will set you up for success.

Responsibilities Produce products according to standing recipesDevelop new recipes for R&D and commercializationOperate bean-to-bar equipment (training provided)Perform basic preventive maintenance on machineryMaintain accurate daily production logsAssist in tracking ingredient, packaging, and labor costs to support pricing decisionsManage the ingredient and supply inventory for the bean-to-bar kitchenMaintain a clean and organized kitchenIdentify opportunities for new productsAdvise on discontinuing non-relevant itemsFollow safety protocols, including proper use of PPEAdhere to sanitation, safety, and hygiene standardsQualifications 2+ years of pastry arts, chocolate production, confectionery, or culinary arts requiredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation in a food production facility requiredComfort with learning new technology & machinery required
