Churn Mobile Product Manager
Role purpose**:
The Churn Mobile Product Manager defines, manages and improves strategy for mobile customer base both prepaid and postpaid, in order to reduce churn rate, increase activity rate and customer value.
He/She will work closely with the big data team with the goal to identify high risk churn customers and manage them with the right offer.
**Behaviours & Competencies**:
- End-to-end management of new concepts, from the idea to the launch of the campaign
- Develop and discuss business cases to support new initiatives
- Customer base analysis in order to identify potential clusters to manage
- Daily monitoring of initiatives with the aim of improving performance
- Attention to market trends and evolution of internal demand (Vodafone customer base) and prospects.
Vision with respect to the evolution of the mobile market with a focus on new trends.
- Focus on commercial performance and compliance with the targets and the P&L of customer base
- Ability to optimize the mix of marketing levers and identify new go to market and go to sales approaches functional to direct commercial performance
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background
- Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external parties
- Proven product management skills and hand on experience in implementing new products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions
- Well organized with attention to details.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
**Education & Experience**:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English.
