Cia Manager
Description & Requirements Position Summary The CIA Managerwill be responsible for the delivery of a variety of proprietary and ad hoc developed data and insight projects following our specific positioning tools set.
This is a client facing role and would be expected to contribute to status and project meetings with clients as well as deliver content confidently to client marketing audiences.
The selected person will hierarchically report to Strategy & Innovation Lead.
Key Responsibilities Operational management and evolution of a global proprietary analytics suiteDevelopment of curated insight projects using proprietary, public and client dataProject management of campaign effectiveness measurement programCreate audience and effectiveness measurement consultancy opportunities through our data and tech stack or development of new productsDevelopment of machine learning analysis using advanced statistical techniquesAlgorithm programming for the automation and optimization of the data ingestion, analysis and data visualizationAbility to collect data from all kinds of different sources (online and offline), to internal databases;Create data visualizations that communicate your findings in a dynamic way;Supporting in new business and product development projects.
Desired Skills & Experience QUALIFICATIONSProficiency in English and Italian in writing and speakingBachelor's degree or above (ideal areas of study/related study include:
Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Economics & Marketing, but all others considered); Ability to work with big data and thinking out of the box, creating value and impact for the business;Experience touchpoints measurement, campaign effectiveness measurement, analytics modellingFamiliar with media industryA growing understanding of the interconnectivityof data sources for example from DMPs through to online panel providers idealKeen curiosity to understand the relationships and opportunities across audiences, brands, communicationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Comfortable developing presentations using insights derived from multiple intelligence sources. Keen curiosity to understand the relationships and opportunities across audiences, brands, communicationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Comfortable developing presentations using insights derived from multiple intelligence sources.
