The Role :

Condé Nast Italy is seeking an experienced Circulation Specialist Intern to join Consumer Revenue's circulation team. This 6-month internship within the Consumer Revenues Team supports marketing activities related to newsstand initiatives and the development of digital subscriptions for the company's magazines.

Primary Activities :

Support newsstand launch coordination activities

Monitor and analyze competitive launches in the newsstand merchandise arena (product, pricing, packaging, communication)

Finalize cost and time tracking reports for production and packaging

Support promotional activity and activation of influencer marketing campaigns

Assist in presentations (Google Slides) for internal marketing meetings

Manage dashboard marketing cost entry and promotional cost tracking

Scout possible partners for loyalty activities with digital subscriptions

Primary Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing Management, or a related field

Professional working proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Good interpersonal and team-building skills, proactivity, and a positive attitude

Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent use of major computer tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office)

Product sensitivity / love for editorial products
