As City Operations Manager you will be overseeing and developing our Operations team as we grow.

**What you will be building with us**:

- Hire, lead, develop and motivate a team of 6-8 warehouses managers within Milan

- Full responsibility of the operational performance of 6-8 warehouses in Milan, analyzing data around warehouse, inventory, and delivery to make informed decisions on how to create a perfect customer experience routinely.

- Ensure the Gorillas spirit is always up and spread around the warehouses

- Monitor and adjust resource levels (labor/supply/technology) at 6-8 warehouses for optimum performance

- Facilitate communication from respective warehouses to many different stakeholders across supply chain, master data, commercial, legal, marketing, people teams and vice versa

- Introduce and implement warehouse operations processes together with multiple teams such as central operations, quality assurance, supply chain.

- "No job is too small" mentality

- willing and able to cover any position in warehouse operations, which includes, warehouse manager, supervisor, inventory, picker, or rider.

- Support the expansion team in launching new warehouses and help us to increase our coverage across the region

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in management or business preferred

- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment

- 3-4 years of experience managing small to mid-sized teams

- Hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty

- Always willing to find ways to get the job done with creative and innovative solutions

- Know how to fix problems and you always find a way to make them work

- Numbers-driven person and derive insights from data

- Great team player with empathy that has the ability to combine different perspectives
