In particular, the main activities and duties will be:Perform pre-design of steel and reinforced concrete structures for the scope of bidding activities;Coordinate structural detail design as well as perform part of it according to the directives given by the Discipline Leader;Assess design (calculations and drawings) performed by other professionals or engineering centers to evaluate their correctness and explore optimization possibilities;Prepare technical documents and manuals such as company standards, procedures, and work instructions. Personal Attributes:Master's degree in structural engineering is preferred;Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design of industrial engineering items, preferably in companies of petrochemical, oil & gas, or power;Team working and a good attitude to take up leadership and assume responsibilities;Knowledge of technical software like StaadPro, Sap2000, Tekla, Mathcad;Fluent English speaker and writer is a must; Italian is a plus. Availability to travel for short periods. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
