Civil Engineer- Naval Living Quarter Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist , you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities: Architectural and technical specification preparation; Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety); Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up; Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer; Attendance to 3D reviews; Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety); SOLAS rules; Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV); 3D review tool Navisworks. QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect – LQ specialist KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years IT SKILLS: Office Suite SOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, Communication NICE TO HAVE: International mobility LOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
