PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:Architectural and technical specification preparation;Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up;Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer;Attendance to 3D reviews;Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);SOLAS rules;Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV);3D review tool Navisworks. QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect – LQ specialistKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: FluentLABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years +IT SKILLS: Office SuiteSOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, CommunicationNICE TO HAVE: International mobilityLOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
