RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Infrastructure Certification Project Manager to join its office in Bari, Genoa, or Milan, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.
MissionDeliver defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results.
Key AccountabilitiesCoordinating external and internal teams of professionals;Carrying out inspections based on the project's documentation;Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public clients;Issuing and signing project verification reports;Coordinating and planning field assignments for project management activities;May be responsible for one or more projects / one or more clients;Issuing documents and instructions for project execution from planning to invoicing;Planning and scheduling workload of field personnel, ensuring assignment requirements are understood and met;Assisting field personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities;Evaluating field personnel performance;Ensuring data entry into RINA systems is performed according to agreed systems and procedures;Ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System;Supporting and participating in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;Complying with HSE Policies, Procedures and Guidelines;Responsible for waste disposal as per organizational guidelines;Being aware of and understanding the Quality Policy;Ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS;Being aware of the quality of work and its impact on service delivery, contributing to QMS improvement;Ensuring services are supplied to requirements and within margin and project targets;Cooperating with Business Development function in commercial activities up to order intake;Arranging and attending meetings (both kick-off and periodical) with customers;Collecting customer satisfaction and letters of reference at the end of the project;Reviewing invoices prior to submission to the client to ensure correctness. EducationMaster's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
