The Gen AI Content Expert, working as Customer Journey Expert in an Agile organization, has end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization, and phasing out of Gen AI Chatbot and related products, focusing on Gen AI results, to keep risks under control and to identify LLM or machine learning improvements.
The Gen AI Content Expert supports the Hermes squad to set priorities, manage internal and external stakeholders, solve impediments, and help squad members in their day-to-day activities.
In addition, the Gen AI Content Expert is accountable for managing and delivering internal reports about risk results and optimizing performance, identifying and closing related gaps.
The position requires good knowledge about ING products and business processes, problem-solving and data-driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work in a team, and maintain composure under tight deadlines, as well as expertise in creating reports.
This position also demands the ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.
Key Responsibilities: Working in Agile teams: contributes actively to all events of the sprints by asking, answering, and challenging. Deliver requirements, identifying impacted areas and processes, and ultimately support in the definition of test scenarios to achieve targets. Continually assess the performance of GEN AI, to closely monitor and mitigate the risks within the solution. Support the squad to analyze and define improvement opportunities in terms of Large Language Model Extension or in terms of machine learning. Collaborate for product lifecycle management; this includes product performance management, product marketing, and product innovation. 3+ years of working experience in ING retail.
Good knowledge about business products and processes.
