Claims Customer Service Representative**:

**WE OFFER **:American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a fulltime, Customer Service Representative, to join our team in Amelia, OH.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in our inbound call center supporting the Claims Department.

This includes capturing detailed information about a new claim as well as answering questions on claims previously reported.

Inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation are examples of questions you may be asked.

This team is also staffed with licensed adjusters who are able to handle low severity claims.

- We also support administrative tasks, including but not limited to imaging documents, processing letters, analyzing reconciliations, copying files, completing special projects, and setting up specialty claims.

- This position will work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office each week).

The hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm EST.

Overtime during catastrophes is required.
