To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date at our location in Milano: Claims Handler (Expert) (m/f/d) Job Description Correspondence with the Senior Claims Manager if his/her approval is required Reporting Coordination with the claims colleagues in the BU on the procedure in (individual) claims cases Monitoring the claims development Participation in cross-departmental coordination Participation in claims technical file reviews in the BUs Special tasks (e. g. project tasks) Ensuring proper claims processing by the BU in accordance with the guidelines and work instructions Provision of information on claims Qualifications 2-5 years' professional experience in claims management for international industrial insurance High degree of initiative and personal responsibility, pro-active and "can-do" attitude High self-motivation and ability to work under pressure Ability to cooperate and be a team player Good organisational skills Proficiency in MS 365 suite and database reporting skills Fluency in English Why MSIGEU?
