Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Manager to oversee and manage the claims process for our exotic car vehicle service contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or powersports service and/or claims, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to deliver an unparalleled customer and dealer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Claims Processing: Efficiently manage and process claims related to powersports and exotic car vehicle service contracts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and repair facilities, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all claims, including documentation of damages, repairs, and communications. Vendor Management: Collaborate with repair shops, dealerships, parts suppliers, and other service providers to ensure high-quality repairs and services. Compliance: Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Reporting: Generate and analyze claims reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities. Training: Train and mentor junior claims staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in powersports or automotive service or claims management, preferably with a focus on powersports, luxury or exotic vehicles. Education: High School DiplomaSkills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in claims management software, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various powersports vehicles, exotic car brands, models, and repair processes. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of claims management.
