Clean Power Solutions (CTS) business is critical as part of Baker Hughes Energy Transition strategy.

We respond to contemporary and anticipated Customer and market requirement as we pertain to efficient energy production, electrification, storage and decarbonization.

**Take ownership for customer requirements

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the sales team during the origination phase, by anticipating customers' needs and pitch them on our tailor value proposition.

- Conceptualizing the best tailor solution on customers' needs, among available technologies and business model options.

- Identifying gaps and improvements in available technology stack and services, to maximize the value of our offer.

- Overseeing & collaborating with engineering, service, procurement, commercial and financial, as well as external partners /suppliers.

- Defining features, performances, and other fundamental key metrics to which the solution is designed and delivered to specific customer.

- Assessing project stakeholders, identify, re-align gaps, risks, and conditions precedents throughout development process.

- Providing the necessary support during the handover to the project execution.

- Supporting technical and commercial discussions with customers, external stakeholders, and investment committees during the different phases of the development process.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience in development of clean power solutions like distributed power/microgrid under energy as a service agreement or power purchase agreement

- Demonstrate experience in Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Heat Pumps, Waste heat recovery

- Have exposure to clean tech power generation like solar, battery storage, fuel cells to be integrated in final solution

- Have the ability to balance technical, commercial, financial expertise to foster and build deep relationships with key customers since early stage

- Have experience in conceptualization, bankable feasibility studies, FEED, tender procedure, development process of different power technologies

- Have significant experience interfacing with mechanical/electrical/E&IC and service engineering

- Demonstrate experience in EPC and Asset Management setup with exposure in system integration design, procurement, execution and operation

- Have Engineering Degree and/or related professional expertise and demonstrate solid experience in Power, Industrial or Oil & Gas industry
