Client Acquisition Manager

As a **Client Acquisition Manager**, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a critical role in driving business success. You will **develop and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners, and brands**, contributing to our expansion in Italy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally, gaining access to advanced industry knowledge and resources, setting you on a path to continued career advancement.
**What will you do**:
- Manage the full sales cycle (from lead generation to demo, closure, etc)
- Make thorough client analyses
- Use our product strengths and product specifics to create a custom proposal of the appropriate solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain close and effective relationships with affiliate partners and brands
- Create the necessary documents: financial and business proposals, commercial offer letters, and exclusive/non-exclusive agreements (need to be approved by the team leader) for all types of clients
- Maintain quality and quantity transfer of clients to Account Management
- Monitor market changes and proactively inform the team leader on any business/competitors/partners news in GEO and other issues that can affect the advertisers' revenue
**Who you are**:
- 1-2 years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in advertising affiliate, direct clients, interest in performance
- Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats, ad campaigns, native advertising solutions)
- Proficient knowledge in lead
- generation tools
- Understanding marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, S2S trackers)
- English level - Fluent (country/native language - mandatory)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and planning skills
**Will be a plus**:
- Experience with Affiliate environment
- Prior agency experience performance
**Languages proficiency**:
- Fluent in English and Italian
