As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand Ambassador and you will be responsible for providing customers with high-quality service by meeting their needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities:Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients. Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with a commercial objective mindset. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs. Promote a unique and memorable shopping experience. Ensure the Store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM and appearance and atmosphere. Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge. Requirements:Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Strong passion for fashion, art, and culture. Fluency in Italian and English.
