John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela.

Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.

In 2002, the French house became part of OTB.

Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

We are looking for a **Client Advisor Full Time** and a** Client Advisor Part Time** to join our **Store MM Roma Babuino**.

Reporting to the Store Manager, You will have the following responsibilities:

- Increase sales by providing excellent customer service;

- Develop relationships with customers;

- Deep the knowledge of KPI's and store management tools;

- Ensure that business targets are met;

- Relay instructions and control the execution of tasks;

- Maintain the image of the store, the back office and the stockroom;

- Assist with stock control (inventory, security, product levels).

We are looking for a person who is:

- Versatile, available and rigorous, and able to listen to advise and develop customer loyalty.

- Preferible chinese - speaking.

- Detail-oriented and well-developed organisational skills

- Your energy, your professionalism and your taste for challenge are key assets to succeed in this position
