CLIENT ADVISOR, FIX TERM CONTRACT, PART TIME DESIGNEROUTLET CASTEL ROMANO ABOUT: Italian luxury houseRich heritage with a strong global presenceSophisticated and evolved, an expression of contemporaneity and essential luxuryRESPONSIBILITIES: Serve customers accordingly to the brand selling ceremony and provide advice on general trends in the fashion world, showing passion for fashion and luxury products. Provide exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening to, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products as well as brand history and heritage. Stay up to date with collections, maintain deep knowledge of products, and demonstrate a proactive and constructive attitude. Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk. REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years' experience in a premium-luxury fashion environment. Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients. Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character, and a great team player. English language required. OFFERING: Basic Salary up to €24K + Commission scheme. Part time 24h / 32h per week. Fix term contract until mid of March 2025.
