A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALESPERSON who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques & collaboration. A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST who leverages all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients. AN ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR TO OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE who respects retail & administrative processes on the floor. HARD SKILLSKnowledge of luxury retail environment. Selling skills. Understanding of sales KPIs. Knowledge of Client and Clienteling. Knowledge of digital tools / interest for Brand DNA. SOFT SKILLSClient-centric mindset. Open-minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented. Self-starter, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adaptable to changes, flexible, able to bring up new ideas and solutions. Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
