CLIENT ADVISOR, FIX TERM CONTRACT

ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book, and after sales processes

Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities

Stay up to date with collections, possess deep knowledge of products, and maintain a proactive and constructive attitude

Maintain company standards at all times: support VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years' experience in a premium-luxury fashion environment

Able to identify business trends with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude

Experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients

Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character, and a great team player

English language required; Russian or German is a plus

OFFERING:

Basic Salary up to €25K

Great commission scheme

Fixed term contract for 1 year
