Moncler is looking for exceptional Full Time and Part Time Client Advisor for our boutique in Milan Store.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand's values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship. The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engage with clients in accordance with the Moncler Selling ceremony

- Achieves and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, etc.

)

- Develops and fosters long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management

- Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients

- _Maintain company merchandise presentation standards_

- _Develop and maintain product knowledge_

- Support in inventory preparation and execution

- Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail

- Passionate about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset

- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity

- _Strong communication skills_

- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
