We are currently looking for Full Time Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila. You - Authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. - A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision. - Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn. Key Responsibilities Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of their desires, needs, and expectations. Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions. Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them. Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Prove brand and product knowledge. Ensure and maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures. Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors. Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance. Key Requirements Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service, and commercial mindset. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills. Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
