Maison Margiela is looking for a Sales Associate to join its Boutique in Venice.

Activities: Greeting customers; Be involved in stock control and management; Assisting customers; Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers; Being responsible for processing cash and payments; Dealing with customer refunds; Responsible for dealing with customer complaints; Working within established guidelines; Receiving and storing the delivery of stock.

What Requirements You Need To Have: Previous experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry; Selling experience in RTW and accessories; Should have a confident manner and be result-oriented; Must be helpful and polite with a positive attitude and reliable behaviour; Able to work as part of a boutique's team; Knowledge of inventory techniques; Fluent in English.
