Client Advisor - Moschino (fixed term contract) Business units: Sales - Retail - E-Commerce Location: Italy/Roma The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch, active in the creation, production, and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie, and beachwear. The Group develops, produces, and distributes its collections with proprietary brands, including "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino", and "Pollini", with a constant focus on uniqueness and exclusivity. For our Moschino store in Rome, we are looking for a Client Advisor (fixed term contract). Reporting to the Store Manager, the resource will take care of our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring an exclusive shopping experience. The Client Advisor will work as a "Brand Ambassador", representing the values and image of our Brand. Key Requirements: Luxury Retail experience (3-5 years). Assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness, goal-oriented, and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and satisfying customer service. Stock control, ability in visual merchandising and display. Strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury world. Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is a plus. Hours: full time. Location: via Del Babuino 13-16, Roma.
