PositionWe are looking for a part-time Client Advisor for Noventa Outlet. The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Outlet.

He/She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods, and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer.

He/She cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their store.

Job responsibilitiesIs polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfactionIs aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-salesCooperates with colleagues in order to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance levelConstantly maintains a tidy working place according to the Company guidelinesSalesIs responsible for the sales process following the Company standardsProvides and maintains a high level of customer serviceManages commercial relations with clients in order to ensure the highest level of satisfactionBe able to build and maintain clients relationship through CRM activities

ProfileRelevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury environmentAligned with the Loro Piana brand identity and passion for LP productsStrong luxury touch and approachExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong clienteling skillsFluent Italian and English
