We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Advisor , based in Forte dei Marmi , to join our team during the peak season from April to September 2025. As a Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional service for every customer. Key Responsibilities Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand. Support the Sale Staff performance by providing mentoring and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers. Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge. Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i. e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and systems (i. e. CRM). Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff. Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till). Requirements Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail. Client Ceremony knowledge. Effective sales techniques. Understanding of store's KPIs. Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques. Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong team player.
