For one of the most awaited new openings in Diesel Italian network – Venezia Piazza San Marco Diesel Store – we are now recruiting Full Time and Part Time Client Advisors.
Located in the heart of this iconic city, the new Store will offer a unique shopping experience in one of the most exclusive shopping streets, fulfilling the desires of all fashion enthusiasts and brand lovers.

Key Responsibilities Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Prove brand and product knowledge.
Ensure and maintain high standards of the shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate about Retail, Client service, and commercial mindset.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer, and Execution.
Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.
Any additional language will be considered a plus!
