Offerta The Client Connectivity Analyst reports to the Head of Connectivity Services and:

supports the provision of connectivity services (helping the team within the product life cycle); interacts with other divisions/departments/teams to ensure customer satisfaction; supports the team in designing or improving processes and procedures; supports the team in reaching the ISO 27001/20000 and 22301 certifications for Connectivity Services; supports the team to reach the revenues budget. Competenze ed esperienza Master's Degree preferably in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering or related topics/equivalent experience; At least 2 years of work experience in information technology with focus, possibly, on connectivity services (experience carriers and/or connectivity providers and/or datacenters is considered a plus); Experience in processes/procedures review; Knowledge of ISO 27001/20000 and 22301 certification would be highly appreciated; Fluency in both spoken and written English; Strong organizational and analytical skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Power Point, Excel); Excellent team working attitude; Very good communication skills.
