The RoleAs a Brand Protection Client Manager, you will have an impact on the online presence of the clients you are working for. Together with various brand owners, you will be working towards a safe online environment in which the goal is to get rid of all IP infringements that take place around the world.

By doing so, you will also make sure that creativity is rewarded, and consumers are protected from illegal and dangerous products. Counterfeits are commonly sold by organized criminal networks that are often linked to terrorism and human trafficking, which means that you can have a positive global impact while working with colleagues who come from all over the world. The working atmosphere is informal and lively, and you will learn a lot about the increasing importance of e-commerce.

We focus heavily on personal development and try to create a nice environment for everyone to work in, while you eventually become a master in the practical enforcement of IP rights around the world. Responsibilities and DutiesOversee the day-to-day management of clients' accounts. Build and maintain close relations with clients to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Oversee monthly reporting. Coach and train analysts to meet clients' expectations. Work independently and effectively with other team members in locations around the world. Enforce intellectual property infringements, including types of Counterfeit, Copyright, Trademark, and Design Infringement. Develop relationships with platforms, hosts, registrars and other third parties to improve efficiency in dealing with takedown requests. Find new and innovative ways to better protect client interests. Perform in-depth investigations and identify key offenders. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of service. Attend and participate in client meetings. Be registered under Categorie Protette (L. 68/99). Possess excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences and stakeholders. Demonstrate ability to work across a matrix organisation. Deliver performance management and personnel development. Proven delivery of business outcomes and targets on time and against quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of internet technologies and networks. Strong capabilities in MS Power Point, Word & Excel. Proven ability to demonstrate objectivity, sound reasoning, and delivery of solutions. Ability to conduct research online across a wide range of subjects. Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard. Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Collaborative approach and willingness to compromise to find solutions. A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a calm approach under pressure. Agility in improving frameworks and processes as technology evolves. Ideally, a Law (LLB), Information Technology or equivalent Bachelor's degree. Experience working in the brand or content protection industry would be advantageous.
