**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
Working alongside the person responsible for the target industry, the **Client Engagement Manager **will have the responsibility of:
- supporting the team in the development and management of the customer portfolio
- contributing to the definition of the annual sales plan (budget and sales plan) and the supervision of the sales processes
- hunting and developing new business and new clients
- performing upselling and cross-selling activities on existing customers
- managing the portfolio of the assigned customers
- contributing to the implementation of marketing campaigns and the definition of the proposals
- dealing with the Pre-sales team for solutioning activities
- coordinating the assigned account plans
- negotiating the proposals and following administrative processes of the managed contracts
**Education & Experience**:
- BSc or MSc in Economics or Engineering
- +5 years of previous experience in the business development of Digital Transformation services, software, consulting innovation services in the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail industries
- A client portfolio showcasing your customer experience work
- Excellent command of the English language

- Autonomous, dynamic and proactive individual
- Enthusiasm and passion for the world of innovation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the commercial processes and their end-to-end management: from the first contact with a new customer until contract closure
