Client Events Manager
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Events Manager to join our Clienteling Team, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy. Your Impact:The Client Events Manager leads global client events and gifting strategies to enhance engagement and elevate the brand experience, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Activities:Client Events ManagementEnd-to-end management of the organization of WW client events and exceptional experiences, both in-store and off-siteOverseeing the coordination and supervision of regional client events, ensuring alignment with shared guidelines and standardsManage the global event calendar, ensuring alignment with regional prioritiesMonitor and analyze event performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to key internal stakeholdersCultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with event suppliers and external partnersManage and optimize the global budget for client events, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiencyClientelingPropose, create and execute exceptional client experiences initiatives to retain, upgrade, and delight VIP clientsContribute to the development of partnerships with hotels and exclusive venues to enhance client experiencesGifting ActivitiesDefine the clienteling objectives and KPIs to be achieved through gifting activitiesDevelop and manage the global gifting portfolio with internal stakeholdersOversee the creation of gifting guidelines and track performance against assigned KPIsWho We Are Looking ForMain Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or related field8-10 years' working experience preferable in events managementStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsExceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners and internal teamsDemonstrate a deep understanding and expertise in hospitality, delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized and attentive serviceWe Would Appreciate a Person Who Is:Methodical, detail-oriented, with multi-task approach and excellent time-management skillsOrganized and proactive with excellent interpersonal communication skillsPassionate about exceeding corporate goals, driving business results and going the extra mile in the daily workHow To Apply?
