Introduction: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless operations. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks that empower the sales team to focus on their core activities, while also collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your contributions will include managing key processes such as feasibility assessments, pricing, and order generation, ensuring timely billing submissions, and maintaining efficient workflows to prevent missed opportunities.

Responsibilities: Participate in client discovery/project requirement calls. Brainstorm with reps on solutions for client requirements. Work on providing multiple options of bundle/license package pricing. Providing accurate & timely costs for all adhoc projects / client briefsRun Incidence Rate checks for clientsA strong customer service orientation towards client first to ensure overall success. Accuracy, time management and ability to work under tight timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams. Maintain accurate information internally and externally for client use i. e. Clients orders, credit usage and tracking where required. Your Profile: 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to learn to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail oriented, flexible, and resourceful. Marketing research experience a plus. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Sales minded individual with some inside sales or customer service experience.
